Get a Shell Card for your fleet
Getting a Shell Card in place is a short, practical process — and it starts with understanding what your fleet spends, not with paperwork. FuelPoint reviews your fuel use first, explains the arrangement available to your business, and then guides you through the application process with Viva Energy Australia.
FuelPoint works with Queensland businesses using at least 50,000 litres of combined fuel annually across diesel, petrol or a combination of both.
How the process works
Start with an enquiry or a fuel spend review
Use the calculator on our homepage for an indicative annual volume and spend, or book a call directly. Nothing is committed at this point — it is a starting picture of what your fleet consumes.
We review your fuel volume, mix and requirements
We look at your annual litres, the split between diesel and petrol, where your vehicles refuel, and what controls and reporting you need day to day.
We discuss the available Shell Card arrangement
You get a plain explanation of the arrangement available to your business, including the card controls and reporting features relevant to how you operate.
Proceed to the appropriate application process
If it suits you, we guide you through the application process for a Shell Card account with Viva Energy Australia and help set up cards, controls and reporting once established.
What to have ready
- An approximate monthly or annual fuel volume — a recent fuel-card or fuel-supplier statement is ideal.
- The split between petrol and diesel, if you can separate it.
- A rough picture of where your vehicles refuel and how far they travel.
- Any controls or reporting you need — product restrictions, driver prompts, cost-centre allocation.
None of this needs to be exact for a first conversation. It simply makes the indication we give you more useful.
What we can and cannot tell you upfront
Shell Card is issued by Viva Energy Australia. FuelPoint is an independent authorised Shell Card sales agent — we do not issue the card and we cannot approve an account. What we can do is review your fuel use, explain the arrangement available to your business, and handle the setup work with you.
Potential fuel discounts of 6–8 cents per litre may be available, depending on fuel type and the approved arrangement. Any figures we discuss or that our calculator produces are indicative estimates only, not quotes, and accounts remain subject to application and Viva Energy Australia's terms and conditions.
